Thaba IQ

Thaba is Sesotho for mountain. It also means to be glad.

The high ground.

The name comes from Thaba Bosiu, the sandstone mountain in Lesotho where Moshoeshoe built his capital. Bosiu means night. Attackers came for it for decades, and none of them took it.

A mountain is the high ground, the one place where you can see the whole landscape at once. That is what we build for a business: one view of everything it runs. And a fortress that never fell is how a company's data should feel in our hands.

The second meaning matters too. A business that can finally see its own numbers clearly is a glad one. We would rather sound like that than like a security vendor.

The Thaba IQ mark: two faces of one mountain, one in shadow and one in the morning light

The mark

Two faces of one mountain.

Night is the face in shadow. Ridge is the face in the morning light. The channel between them is the way up.

Every edge of the mark sits at 45 degrees, and the same angle runs through everything we make, from the shapes on this page to the reports we deliver.

How we work

Four habits we hold ourselves to.

  1. Plain words.

We explain what we do in the language your team uses, and we tell you plainly when we cannot help.

  2. Facts over adjectives.

Every claim we make can be checked: in your data, in our agreement, or in the system itself.

  3. Your business, your data.

We work for you, inside your accounts, and everything we build on your data belongs to you.

  4. One step at a time.

We introduce one tool, make sure it is trusted, then build the next. No big reveal at the end.

Founders

Two people, one view.

Thaba IQ was founded by Masen Spring, who leads the platform, and Matt Royer, who leads the business.

You will work with us directly. The people who scope your engagement are the people who build it and keep it running.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us which systems you run and what you wish you could see. We will tell you plainly whether we can help.
