From scattered systems to one view, without replacing anything.
An engagement has four parts. Your team keeps working the whole time, and nothing in your systems changes.
Listen
We start with how your business runs: the systems you use, the reports you trust and the ones you do not, and the decisions you make every week. We ask what you wish you could see, and what you would do differently if you could see it.
You leave with a short written plan: which systems we connect first, which tools come first, and when.
Connect
We connect your systems under your own accounts and keys, read-only, and build your private database. Your history comes in first, as far back as your systems hold it, and we check our copy against the source until the totals agree.
You leave with one database holding everything, matched to what your systems say.
Show
Your team starts working from one view: worklists, dashboards and reports built on your own numbers and in your own words. We introduce them one at a time, with the people who will use them, and adjust them until they are trusted.
You leave with tools your team uses every week, not a report that sits in a folder.
Run
We keep it running. Every connection is refreshed daily and checked every morning, so a gap is caught before it reaches a report. As your needs grow, new tools follow on the same foundation.
You leave with a view that stays current without anyone on your team maintaining it.
What we need from you
Less than you might think.
- An hour or two of conversation with the people who run the business and the people who use the reports.
- Access to each system, through an account or key that you create and control.
- Someone who knows the history, to tell us when a number looks wrong.
Illustration with invented data: the daily check behind every connection.
Questions
What people ask us first.
Do we have to replace any of our software?
No. Your team keeps using the systems it already knows. We connect to them and build the view on top.
Will you change anything in our systems?
No. Our connections are read-only. If a specific write would help, such as tagging calls automatically, we propose it, and it happens only with your written approval.
Whose accounts and keys do you use?
Yours. Each connection runs under your own account with each vendor, under your own contract with them, and you can revoke it at any time.
Where does our data live?
In a private database that belongs to your business alone, hosted in the United States. It is never shared or pooled with another customer's data.
How long before we see something useful?
It depends on how many systems you run and how clean their history is. We agree the first tools and a target date with you at the start, and introduce them one at a time, so your team sees results early rather than all at once at the end.
What if a connection breaks?
Every connection is checked every morning. If one is late or failing, we are told before it reaches a report, and we tell you if it affects anything you use.
Do you use AI, and does it learn from our data?
We use AI to write summaries and to sort information, and we always label what it writes. We use only AI services whose terms forbid training on your data.
What happens if we leave?
You can export everything at any time, in standard formats. When you leave, we delete your environment within 30 days and confirm it in writing.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us which systems you run and what you wish you could see. We will tell you plainly whether we can help.
